Privacy questions
Do people need to be informed they are being analyzed?
Yes, for transparency and regulatory compliance. We recommend visible notices at the location. However, since the data is aggregated and anonymous, there is no individual identification.
Do you store face images?
No. We process images in real time to extract aggregated metrics and immediately discard them. There is no face storage.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You have full control over your data. You can export or delete it at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.
How do you ensure data security?
Google Cloud Platform infrastructure with TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest. Access restricted by multi-factor authentication.
Is data shared with third parties?
No. Your data is exclusively yours. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties without your explicit consent.
